Healing Music

My definition of healing music is probably not how others might define it. It’s just simple – listen to music that stirs your soul and you can’t help but be healed or soothed or moved by it. There’s a lot of science behind it, but I listen to it because I enjoy it, it makes me feel better, and it lifts my spirit.

For me, music is a big part of my healing journey. I listen to my healing playlist while I’m in the sauna and there’s a noticeable difference in how I feel when I don’t. I believe it helps me align my mind, body, and spirit, moving my whole being forward to healing – catapulting me along this path.

Music is powerful, beautiful, and resonates differently in each person. It’s deeply personal – it goes down deep into your soul – feeding your soul. Because it is so individual, I’ll be sharing a few of my favorites along the way and maybe one might resonate with you.
